"Saucy Salamander" scheduled on 17.10.13!

Ubuntu, one of the most popular linux operating system released their latest version 13.04(Raring Ringtail) just a few days back and have already announced their next release 13.10 code name "Saucy Salamander". Saucy Salamander will be released as beta from as soon as June and will finally come to users as final release in the month of October!

Ubuntu with their 13.04 release had been able to please many not-so-happy users who were complaining about the features with 12.10(Precise). Yet again they are planning to make things better.

For the users like me it can never be better when we can get frequent updates for our beloved operating system and opportunity to do some more experimentation! So here are the release dates as listed in the official site -

June 20th: Alpha 1
July 18th: Alpha 2
August 1st: Alpha 3
September 5th: Beta 1
September 26th: Final Beta
October 10th: Release Candidate
October 17th: Final Release

Me personally thinks that the ATI manufacturers do release some neat driver updates for their newer GPUs before the final release so that the video renderings don't have to keep being horrible compared to Windows OS in a low-grade machine.
