FQM & CTU released the series premiere of a new NBC show “Parenthood”. Based on the 1989 film of the same name, “Parenthood” is an hour long comedy-drama set to be produced by Jason Katims and Ron Howard. The show will address the modern challenges of raising kids in this post-technological world, addressing issues that effect both kids and parents.
EP 1.1 Pilot
Struggling single mom Sarah Braverman (Lauren Graham) uproots her kids to move back in with her parents (Craig T. Nelson, Bonnie Bedelia) in the opener of this comedy-drama about the challenges of raising kids. Sarah’s three siblings are also facing their own set of problems, including career, medical and relationship woes.

2HD released the series premiere of a new NBC reality show “The Marriage Ref”.
The premise of the show involves real life couples who have been having an on-going fight for a long time. A video clip is shown to the three-member celebrity panel, showing both sides of the argument. The celebrity panel (consisting of recently married, recently divorced, or those with long histories of relationship success or failure) then discuss the merits of each side of the argument and vote on who they think is right. In addition to the celebrity panel, there is also a celebrity fact checker who can provide additional information to aid in the decision making.

An intriguing series in which people haunted by past-life events are aided by psychologist Kate McGinn (Kelli Giddish) and ex-NYPD detective Price Whatley (Nicholas Bishop). In the edgy premiere, they help a troubled teen who recalls an abduction-murder from before his birth. FQM released the series premiere of SyFy’s “Caprica”. Beginning 58 years before the events seen in Battlestar Galactica, Caprica tells the story of how Colonial humanity first created the robotic Cylons, who would later plot to destroy human civilization in retaliation for their enslavement. According to FQM, this is a final cut version, so it’s not a dupe of previous REWARD release. I’m not sure if there’s any difference though.

Two men from different worlds are drawn together when a suicide bombing claims the lives of their daughters. One is Joseph Adams, a lawyer from the poor Tauron colony who hides his ethnic background in a racially tense environment and also lost his wife to the terrorist attack, leaving him to raise his young son alone. The other is Daniel Graystone, a rich and brilliant scientist native to the industrious planet Caprica who discovers that his daughter’s consciousness lives on in an online avatar she made before her death. Initially united in grief, the two maybe driven apart by how far Graystone goes to return his daughter to the world.
