2HD released a new episode of Canadian comedy series “Dan for Mayor”. The series stars Fred Ewanuick as the titular Dan, a slacker in his early 30s who, after finding out that his ex-girlfriend is engaged, finds himself running for mayor for his home town by a chance comment. When his opponent is hit by a bus and killed, Dan knows that he will win the election.

When his opponent is hit by a bus and killed, Dan knows that he will win the election.
EP 1.1 The Blind Spot
After hearing that his ex-girlfriend is now engaged to another man, Dan tries to impress her by saying that he’s running for mayor. Stuck with his lie, he now has to start a campaign. Unfortunately, he’s new to the politics business, and has a lot to learn.

CHGRP released the premiere of this Canadian comedy series “Hiccups”. The series stars Corner Gas’ Nancy Robertson, who plays the role of Millie Upton, a children’s author with anger management issues, which are referred to as “hiccups,” giant outbursts, which could be described as a giant fit of depression. These outbursts are immediate, so they are prone to happen at any time. After being told that she needs some help controlling her anger issues, Millie finds a man named Stan Dirko (Brent Butt), whom she hires as her life coach.

After suffering an emotional outburst in a coffee shop, Millie’s publisher threatens to cancel her future public speaking events unless and until she gets help. This leads Millie to Stan, a well-meaning although not particularly experienced life coach, who tries to help her get control of her emotions.
